Job description: The captain is responsible for the production, safety, and printing quality of the crew (unit), working under the leadership of the production supervisor and accepting tasks assigned by the factory.
1. Lead the crew to achieve various indicators such as production quota, quality, and
raw material consumption, striving for high quality and high yield.
2. As required, fully familiarize oneself with the specifications, quantity, color types (samples), ordering methods, paper used, and quality requirements of the printed materials. Production must strictly adhere to operating procedures,
Seriously implement printing quality standards and process requirements, implement sample signing system, adhere to product quality self inspection, ensure accurate printing quantity, and be responsible for the printed products.
3. Seriously implement safety operation procedures, conduct comprehensive maintenance and repair of the machine once a week, promptly solve and eliminate problems found to ensure safe production.
4. Pay attention to saving raw materials such as paper, ink, rubber, and gasoline to reduce production costs.
5. The captain should stick to his post and leave the machine due to work needs. He should greet his assistant and arrange the work of the machine.
6. Carefully fill out the production daily report and carry out post shift safety inspections.
